Record Store Day Black Friday Deals Online

This year’s Black Friday will be on November 25 and Record Store Day will give a barrage of releases from independent music retailers, with special edition and first-time vinyl and CD releases hitting shelves from an impressive lineup of musicians.

Over three dozen limited-edition releases are planned for the event, including The Black Keys, Soundgarden, The Beatles, Nirvana, Tom Petty, The Doors and many more.

Below are some of the deals you will be able to get a hand on:

The Black Keys will release their new single, “Lonely Boy”, on 12?vinyl.

Red Hot Chili Peppers’ album Blood Sugar Sex Magik will be reissued on a double 12?red vinyl. The set is limited to 5,170 copies in the U.S.

Soundgarden will release an EP titled Live on I-5: Before The Doors Soundcheck on 10?vinyl. The five-track effort comprises soundcheck performances from the band’s 1996 tour. The set is limited to 4,000 copies in the U.S.

The Beastie Boys’ “Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2” will be out in a vinyl deluxe edition with a 60-page book, 5.1 version of the set and videos.

John Lennon’s “Imagine” gets a 40th anniversary vinyl boxed set makeover.

Nirvana’s “Nevermind” singles will be packaged as 10″s in a numbered slip case.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ live vinyl LP “Kiss My Amps (Live)” features 7 tracks, from “Mojo” and a B-Side “Sweet William.”

Kings of Leonwill package together their early albums Youth & Young Manhood, Aha Shake Heartbreak, Because of The Times, and a fourth LP made up of unreleased studio and live tracks picked by the band themselves in a 4 LP vinyl box set titled The Early Vinyl. The set is limited to 3,250 copies in the U.S., and 1,200 international.
